Jerry Jackson

Jerry Jackson moved to Harrison from Omaha, Nebraska in 1980 and entered the real estate business in 1992, joining Remax Unlimited.
Jerry was Harrison's leading residential realtor every year through 2005. He has been heavily involved in community service projects
and in 2005 led a campaign to build our local Hospice House. He was able to raise nearly $500,000 in community support and on September
1st 2007, the first Hospice House of it's kind opened. Jerry received the Small Business Person award in 2004 and Community Service
Award in 2006 from the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Paul Harris Fellow special recognition award in 2008. Jerry is
married to his wife of 35 years Peggy. He has three children and five grandchildren. He is a member and has been an elementary Sunday
school teacher for 28 years at the First United Methodist Church.

Jeff Pratt

Jeff Pratt joined Jerry Jackson Realty in 2002 after operating his own local business since 1984. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the
real estate industry and related issues and trends. Jeff has served the real estate industry in many facets, serving as President, and
is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Harrison District Board of Realtors. Not only involved locally in the real estate
industry Jeff also serves on the state level as a member of several state committees, and currently as a Zone 6 State Director for
north central Arkansas, and serves as a Board of Director for the Arkansas Realtors Association. Jeff has also served locally as a
Alderman for the City of Harrison from 2002 - 2008. Jeff is a past Board of Director for the Harrison Chamber of Commerce, and has also
served as a member of the Harrison Chamber Foundation Board of Directors. Recently Jeff has served as a Director and then President of
Harrison's "City Advertising Tourism and Promotion Commission".
Jeff was awarded Realtor of the Year in 2005. Jeff knows how to work and works hard, receiving the Diamond Level Awards for Excellence
every year since 2005. The Diamond Level is the highest level awarded for production by the Arkansas Realtors Association. Jeff has
also been recognized the last two years by the "Arkansas Business" journal as one of the "Top 100" producing agents in Arkansas,
competing with over 8500 agents from all over Arkansas and most in much larger metropolitan markets.
Feeling that "Service is Key" Jeff volunteers with several charitable organizations donating time and money. Currently as an officer
for Arkansas Children's Hospital's Circle of Friends. Other past or current organizations include Kiwanis, K-Life, CASA, Hospice of the
Hills, Harrison Consolidated Youth, Harrison High School Booster Club, Harrison Chamber of Commerce, and many others.
Jeff's family has been part of the Ozarks for many years. Jeff has lived in Harrison since 1979 and after graduating from College of
the Ozarks in Branson, he decided to return to Harrison to enjoy a way of life that only exists here! Jeff married a local girl in 1985
and they have 2 boys who are currently in college, and a daughter attending Harrison Schools.

Marcie Estes

Marcie has been a realtor since 2000 and has been with Jerry Jackson Realty since it opened in September 2001. She is a longtime
resident of Harrison, having moved here in 1979 from Mountain Home. Marcie has been an ARA Awards for Excellence recipient each year
since 2002. In 2005, she received the Platinum Level Award for Excellence, which is the highest level awarded. Marcie was also named in
Arkansas Business Journal as one of the top Realtors in the state of Arkansas for 2006.

Jason Canady

Jason Canady joined Jerry Jackson Realty in October of 2005. An experienced realtor, Jason has won Arkansas Realtor Association Awards
for Excellence for the past two years. Jason is a native of Harrison. He is a graduate of Harrison High School and attended North
Arkansas College. Jason is a veteran, having served as a paratrooper in the United States Army. He is married to Sabrina, and they two
daughters. They reside in the Bergman area and attend Ozark Baptist Church where Jason serves as a deacon.

Clara Sims

Clara Sims was born in and lived in Atlanta, Georgia until four years ago when she and her husband, Dave, moved to Harrison along with
two of their four children and five of their eleven grandchildren. Clara has experience in insurance, banking, church bond securities,
commercial credit and collections, accounting, and owned her own gift basket/weddings in silk flowers business before moving to
Harrison.
Clara is a member of First Christian Church in Harrison where she sings on the Contemporary Worship Praise Team, is a member of the
Contemporary Worship Steering Committee, Evangelism Committee, Christian Education Committee, and leads the music for the Children's
Sunday School.
Clara is currently Chairman of the Harrison Regional Chapter Circle of Friends for Arkansas Children's Hospital, is President-elect for
COF State Board, and is on the Board of Directors for Arkansas Children's Hospital. Clara also does volunteer work for the Rotary Club
Dental Clinic at Share and Care.
